AsiaInfo Wins Tender to Build New Billing System for Beijing

BEIJING and SANTA CLARA, Calif., June 23 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- AsiaInfo Holdings, Inc. Beijing Mobile is a subsidiary of China Mobile, China's largest telecommunications company.
